We are looking for an Experienced Enrolled Agent to handle all aspects of a client's tax resolution matter. We need someone to save us time, make us money, and protect our professional reputation. The ideal EA will communicate directly with each client and work the case from start to finish. (Examination, Appeals, Compliance Checks, Negotiating Installment Agreements, Penalty Abatements, Currently Not Collectible Status, & Offers in Compromise) We will provide access to a virtual assistant to assist you with administrative tasks, case management, and client care to support this position. Responsibilities: • Provide regular client communication to maintain client happiness. • Communicate with IRS employees in a professional manner and timely manner. • Accurately track time spent on each case. • Manage workflow complete tasks daily, and ensure that all deadlines are met. • Delegate tasks to support staff. • Review, Prepare, Edit, and Submit client financial(s) to the IRS. • Prepare Correspondence and required/requested documents for the IRS. Qualifications: • Must be an Enrolled Agent in Good Standing with the IRS. • 1 to 5 years of Enrolled Agent Experience working IRS cases. • Proficiency in Pitbull Tax Software & IRS Logics. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe. • Skillful communicator with an ability to work well with clients and our team. • Superior written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 yearly
