    Department: Corporate PartnershipsReports to: Senior Manager of Partnership ActivationSummaryAssist Corporate Partnerships Department in the planning and execution of sponsorship programs and advertising fulfillment. Duties include assisting staff with fulfilling and tracking elements of sponsorship contracts and partnership programs throughout the season as well as promotional set-up/execution for all Seahawks home games.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Sponsorship FulfillmentLead coordination and execution of numerous Corporate Partnership programs and/or events such as Delta Community Captain, USAA Salute to Service, & Boeing Legion of YouthIncluding digital promotion, school visits, off-site events, gameday execution, media coordination, and other activation elementsAssist with Training Camp planning/coordinating and lead on-site set-up of partnership activationManage numerous partnership accounts and fulfillment of their contracted assetsCoordinate promotional elements and tracking for any applicable Corporate Partnership email inclusions, enter-to-win contests, sweepstakes or promotions.Assist with affidavit generation for game presentation, TV, radio, digital signage and other relevant elementsCapture proof of performance and reporting for social and digital media elements (weekly review)Lead fulfillment of autographed merchandise commitmentsHelp create year-end partnership recaps at the conclusion of the regular seasonAssist with client events at VMAC, Lumen Field and other venuesSeahawks Game Day ExecutionMust be available to work ALL home games to assist the team in execution of Corporate Partnership promotions and contracted elements. Duties include:Partnership Set-up/Take Down: Lead contact for set-up and execution of partner activations in-stadium and in Touchdown City as well as partner check-in table at Touchdown City for each home game Game Presentation: Assist Partnership Operations Coordinator in creative development, approval process, day-of execution, and proof of performance on game related elements including videoboard and digital signage in the Control Room.Documentation: Lead organization of the department’s photography and video needs each game to utilize for recaps & sales processRequired SkillsMust have strong writing skillsMust have verbal communications skills to interact with clients and fansMust have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PhotoshopBusiness, Sports Management, Marketing, or Communications majors preferredCandidates must be able to set up promotional & event programs. Promotional set-up often requires banner installation, carrying moderate sized promotional materials (posters, entry forms, prizes, etc.)Time FrameOur intern placements will last the duration of the NFL season (approximately July – End of February).Applicant mustBe currently enrolled as a senior or a recent graduate (within twelve months) from a four year college or university.
