    Job Description

    This position supports all elements of game presentation. From brainstorming ideas to creating props, writing scripts, executing elements on the field and around the stadium on game days and assisting with various aspects of the video production process.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Assist with the planning, staffing, brainstorming, and execution of enhancing fan-centric events and the overall Gameday experience for the 12s
    • Host pregame and halftime groups and work as a Field Manager to execute in-game elements.
    • Responsible for sourcing and booking pregame bands and entertainment elements for game days.
    • Responsible for booking travel as needed and coordinating logistics for entertainment guests on game days.
    • Organize and distribute entertainer tickets/parking
    • Maintain relationships with key vendors including AV, staging, lighting, and transportation.
    • Work closely with other departments, specifically Corporate Partnerships to update production content calendars and ensure timely delivery of needed elements.
    • Responsible for updating documents and information for game days, coordinating with stadium event managers, security, and others as appropriate.
    • Help maintain department props and equipment as it relates to game days and other events.
    • Support Seahawks Dancers, Blue Thunder, Flag Runner and Mascot initiatives and projects as requested
    • Assist with the writing of PA Announcer and Host scripts

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, experience with Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects a plus.
    • Recent graduate or current student majoring in marketing, communications, sports management or related field.
    • Must be able to work all Seahawks home games in addition to select evenings and weekends.

    Applicant must:

    • Be currently enrolled as a senior, or recent graduate (within 12 months) from a four-year college or university. Grad school students are eligible to apply as well.
    • Have authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Have a current driver’s license
    • Be able to work 40 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events
    • Attach a current resume and cover letter

    Selection Process:

    Final applicants will be contacted and invited to participate in our interview process starting in early May. All interviews will take place virtually. There is potential for an in-person final round interview. Further, we will not pay for any interview related expenses such as travel or lodging; these expenses are the sole responsibility of the applicant.

    General Information:

    All internships are hourly, paid positions. A background check will be conducted prior to starting work with us. Interns are responsible for their own housing, travel, and relocation expenses. Our intern placements will last the duration of the NFL season (approx. late July – February).
