Area Sales Manager – Aesthetic Medical Devices
Territory: Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, AK, MT partial, ID partial)

They are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales across the Pacific Northwest region. What You’ll Do
• Drive sales growth and meet capital equipment targets within your assigned territory
• Build lasting relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and decision-makers
• Execute both inbound and outbound sales strategies—cold calling, lead generation, and demos
• Deliver compelling presentations, communicate clinical and business value, and close deals
• Support clients post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and retention
• Provide market feedback, monitor competition, and help shape go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with marketing on events, dinners, and awareness campaigns
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience (capital equipment or medical aesthetics a plus)
• Proven success selling innovative or disruptive products
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (science, marketing, or business)
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable managing a large territory
• Willingness to travel up to 35% within the region
• Comfortable with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms
