    Job Title: SecDevOps .Net Developer

    Location: Mesa, AZ

    Job Type: Contract 6 months in duration

    Work schedule: hybrid schedule

    Pay Rate: $60 per hour

    Position Overview:

    Skilled .NET Developer with a strong background in SecDevOps, cybersecurity, and vulnerability prevention. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and securing applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with security standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
    • Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security tools and processes into CI/CD pipelines.
    • Conduct security assessments, code reviews, and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
    • Work with stakeholders to define security requirements and integrate them into application design and architecture.
    • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, applying knowledge to improve application security.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to new members of the team on secure coding practices.
    • Document security-related processes, tools, and configurations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
    • Strong understanding of SecDevOps principles and methodologies.
    • Proven experience in cybersecurity and vulnerability prevention techniques.
    • Familiarity with security frameworks (OWASP, NIST).
    • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and their security features.
    • Proficiency in database technologies (Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Entity Framework).
    • Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CEH, Security+, OSCP) are a plus.
    • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python).
    • Experience with DAST/SAST solutions (Veracode)
    • Experience with automation tools (Terraform, AWS cloud formation)
