    The Diamond Group (TDG) is looking to hire experienced Armed PSOs for our DHS contract. We are looking for only the best candidates, with skills to include critical thinking, problem solving, and who strive for excellence.

    Qualifications

    • New Mexico Level III Commission preferred or ability to obtain
    • CPR/First -aid/AED certification preferred
    • US Citizen at least 21 years of age
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
    • Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Must have a flexible availability

    Qualified Applicants will have at least one experience level and one educational level or any reasonable combination listed below.

    Experience:

    • Two (2) years of Military or National Guard (active or reserve), in good standing or honorable discharge, OR
    • Two (2) years of Law Enforcement, OR
    • Two (2) years of Armed Security Guard experience  
    • Active suitability or clearance desired

    Education:

    • Successful completion of a state certified Law Enforcement Education and Training or Police Officer's Standard Training course, OR
    • Min of 60 credit hours, in a related field, from an accredited learning institution recognized by the US Department of Education, OR
    • High school diploma or GED from an accredited learning institution recognized by the US Department of Education or as identified on a DD214.

    Position Requirements

    Our Officers are responsible for providing quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Operating a fully-equipped Security Operations Center (SOC)
    • Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses
    • Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems
    • Working with leadership towards correction of errors
    • Creating detailed reports on building and SOC activity
    • Patrolling the interior and exterior of the contract site
    • Performing duties in accordance with Post Orders
    • Controlling/restricting access to the property
    • Responding to major occurrences with intelligence, speed and accuracy
