POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Patrolling the interior and exterior of the contract site
• Performing duties in accordance with Post Orders
• Controlling/restricting access to the property
• Escorting tenants and guests
• Conducting surveillance/camera monitoring
• Fire safety and emergency protocol
• Upholding the law within jurisdiction
• Maintaining detailed activity logs and reports
• Performing general administrative duties, if required
• Providing quality customer service at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ONLY APPLICANTS WHO HAVE AN ACTIVE NEW MEXICO LEVEL III COMMISSION WILL BE CONSIDERED . If you do not have an active New Mexico Level III Commission, or can not obtain one before the position start date, please do not apply.
• US Citizen at least 21 years of age
• Must be willing to travel
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have a flexible availability
• Current CPR/First-Aid/AED certification preferred

Qualified Applicants will have AT LEAST ONE of the following:

• Three (3) years of Military or National Guard (active or reserve) in good standing or honorable discharge, OR
• Three (3) years of Law Enforcement, OR
• Three (3) years of Armed Security Guard service within the last 5 years
