    Job Description

    SECCO SQUARED, a leader in high-performance online and mobile marketing, is seeking a stellar MEDIA BUYER.  At SECCO SQUARED, we provide a full suite of acquisition and monetization solutions for global advertisers reaching billions of mobile and web users with our multichannel offerings - driving quality consumers, engagement, increasing customer LTV and impacting the bottom-line for our partners.

     

    We are looking for a highly motivated MEDIA BUYER to come in and immediately produce and scale lead flow and sales across our many advertisers products as part of our media team.  To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the paid media landscape and the ability optimize campaigns based upon performance to drive profitable revenue.  You need to be an analytical thinker, have a creative mindset, entrepreneurial, the drive to succeed, and can multi-task across various campaigns to drive optimal results.

     

    The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of paid media buying experience (on platforms such as Facebook, Native Platforms, Social Platforms, and Google) with at least 2-3 years digital advertising experience overall. We are looking for someone who is not only a strong self-starter, but one who works well with others, can contribute to our growing FUN team and is highly motivated to succeed.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Take ownership of paid media buying performance across multiple campaigns
    • Perform campaign analysis, testing and optimization to meet and exceed margin goals
    • Work with our development and creative teams to build out banners, sites, landing pages, etc. 
    • Communicate effectively with the media team and management on performance.
    • Setting and then exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue, profit margin and growth.
    • Work as part of a larger team with Sales and Account Management – being proactive with finding and communicating about opportunities for success.
    • Execute paid media strategies effectively and efficiently to provide a stable revenue base.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Paid media experience (Google, Native Platform, Facebook, & other social platforms)
    • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills, ability to find opportunities and insights from large amounts of unstructured data
    • Excel at identifying solutions, not problems
    • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously - prioritizing and making clear decisions with limited time and information
    • Ability to excel in an extremely fast paced environment and proven track record of success
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to highlight accomplishments
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
