    Sechler Law Firm is searching for a seasoned Executive Personal Assistant to join our forward-thinking and progress-focused team. We are looking to foster a long-term bond with the appropriate individual. The successful candidate must possess great attention to detail and be highly organized, with past experience in project and event management. Exceptional communication (spoken and written) skills and insight in marketing and social media programs are also coveted qualities for this position. You will have the ability to make a significant impact and partake in pioneering projects as a team member. Responsibilities: • Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings. • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, emails, and memos and report details to the firm owner. • Manage the Founder's Projects and Project Files. • Assist in the execution of action items in a timely fashion to push forward the firms' objectives. • Serve as the point of contact for the firm owner. • Prepare correspondences, memos, and reports in accordance with professional standards. • Other Assistant duties as assigned by the executive such as picking up orders and other personal assistant tasks. Qualifications: • High school diploma, but advanced training in Business or Marketing is preferred. • At least 2 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant role. • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information. • Prior experience with MS Office Suite, GSuite, Calendly, Vimeo Dropbox, and CRM systems is a plus. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
