    ** Finance Support**

    Description of duties:

    Responsible for preparing monthly financial reports related to Retail Revenue, In-transit Inventory, and Inventory Payables.

    Record weekly/monthly journal entries related to Retail Sales.

    Utilize NetSuite and other technologies to streamline data compilation and financial analysis setup.

    Communicate daily credit card expense reporting to the Finance leader and Leadership Team.

    Reviews completed audit results provided by Operations weekly to identify POs eligible for commission.

    Calculates commissions owed monthly for POs with completed audit results.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    2-3 years experience in Accounting.

    Professional and possess excellent communication skills, as well as self-motivated and energetic.

    BBA required, major in Accounting preferred.

    CPA not required.
