Secondary Operator | First Shift | Wilder, KY

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Secondary Operator to join our warehouse team. This entry-level role is essential in keeping our spring processing operations running smoothly. The Secondary Operator will float between departments and assist with various tasks, including pick/pack, palletizing, running machinery, bagging, and transporting springs through the production process. This position requires great hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Must have steel-toe shoes
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Required to cross-train in various departments

Qualifications:

• Great hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• No prior experience required—training will be provided

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
