    About the Role:

    Join Demakas Plumbing & Heating, Inc. as a Secretary, where you'll be our first point of contact with our customers. This position offers you the chance to support our team while ensuring smooth communication and organization within the company.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage and organize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

    Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.

    Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

    Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date.

    Prepare and edit documents, and reports as needed.

    Support bookkeeping and invoicing tasks with bookkeeper/office manager.

    Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.

    Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    High school diploma required; additional qualifications as a secretary or administrative assistant are a plus.

    Friendly demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.

    Knowledge of plumbing and heating industry terminology is a plus.
