Public Affairs Secretary III – Part Time
This is for an onsite position, but teleworking capabilities will remain flexible for emergency situations (such as events like inclement weather).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review documents for grammar, formatting, plain language, and branding consistency.
- Utilize Microsoft software proficiently to maintain and develop documents.
- Manage inbox to distribute requests for information and respond to requests from interested parties.
- Prepare and complete any printing requests and maintain inventory of printer supplies.
- Manage processes for business card orders.
- Maintain current listings of internal and external customers.
- Coordinate shipping of materials and displays.
- Prepare and distribute variety of reports ensuring submissions meet formatting expectations.
- Provide records management and filing support.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for repeatable work.
- Make travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain log of work assignments.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing and scheduling appointments.
- Educate customers proactively about available services and resources.
- Microsoft Office 365

Education and additional skills:
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
