LOCALLY OWNED ALARM-MONITORING COMPANY IS CURRENTLY EXPANDING ITS STAFF.

Opportunity for Alarm Monitoring Dispatchers to work in our BRICK TWP, NJ location.

We are looking for serious individuals with a professional attitude that are willing to be flexible for a full-time opportunity @ 12.00/hr on our

1st shift (07:00am - 3:00pm) / 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm) / 3rd Shift (11:00pm - 7am)

APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVER-TIME.

Our operators will be communicating with our alarm dealers and their residential and commercial customers while dispatching police, fire, and medical agencies.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• No Felony Background.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent skills in phone communications and organizing information are essential.
• Computer and keyboarding experience is required - must have a normal to above normal level of proficiency in typing
• Ability to work additional hours during periods of increased volume and for vacation coverage - required.
• Must be available to work ALL weekends and ALL holiday shifts and during inclement weather conditions.
• Must have own transportation with a VALID NJ drivers license.

Our dispatchers must respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance and information.

They must provide dispatch and communication services for police, fire, emergency, and related services.

Essential job functions will likely detail the daily duties associated with the position, which may include the following:

• Operate a multi-TERMINAL environment
• Receive and respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency services and complaints
• Enters and modifies information into computer database
• Monitor and respond to a variety of technical systems and alarms
