At Secure American Insurance we are looking for a part-time customer service representative to join our Independent Agency Team. Applicants must have excellent customer service and team work skills. Current insurance license is required.

Benefits:

Part-Time - 20 hours per week

Compensation: $16-$19 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Answering and forwarding incoming calls

Complete customer service requests

Requote policies for existing customers

Updating information in agency management system

File, email, and post all incoming and outgoing mail

Assist with data intake of new customers

Assist in updating insurance carrier information in agency database

Assist management with special projects on a quarterly basis

Requirements:

Must have current Property & Casualty license

Prior customer service experience

Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Detail-Oriented

Flexibility with change in day to day duties
