At Secure American Insurance we are looking for a part-time customer service representative to join our Independent Agency Team. Applicants must have excellent customer service and team work skills. Current insurance license is required.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and forwarding incoming calls
• Complete customer service requests
• Requote policies for existing customers
• Updating information in agency management system
• File, email, and post all incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with data intake of new customers
• Assist in updating insurance carrier information in agency database
• Assist management with special projects on a quarterly basis

Requirements:

• Must have current Property & Casualty license
• Prior customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Detail-Oriented
• Flexibility with change in day to day duties
• Dependability
