Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and track campaign performance and make necessary optimizations to improve results
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email templates, subject lines, and A/B test different variations
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and email marketing best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Use CRM tools to manage and organize leads, contacts, and campaign data
- Regularly provide reports and insights on campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record of executing successful email campaigns and increasing lead generation
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and segmentation strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, preferred
