    GENERAL SUMMARY: We are looking for a reliable and friendly candidate to join our admin team. This is solely an office position, no field work. This is not a call center.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • General administrative duties, data entry, email.
    • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment, juggle back and forth form taking inbound calls and maintaining work flow.
    • Answer incoming phone calls, assist customers, clients and vendors with account inquiries, provide great customer service.
    • Maintain email folders and queues daily, ensuring processes and procedures are being completed in a timely manner and within Client expectations.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel),
    • Internet Savvy,
    • Strong communication skills in a professional setting,
    • Strong attention to detail,
    • Punctual with good attendance
    • At least 1 yr. of clerical experience (Preferred)
    • Flexibility in working hours a plus: Hours of Operation are 7am-7pm (currently looking for 8-5 or 9-6 shift availability) 
    • Must pass criminal background check and drug test
