    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist! In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping us ensure the accuracy and integrity of medical specimens.     We are currently seeking a full-time individual with strong experience in working in office or mobile environments. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision.

    The work environment includes driving your personal vehicle to various distances in all types of weather, traffic conditions and hours of the day or night. The successful Mobile Phlebotomist must be able to function consistently under stress and be highly safety conscious.

    Responsibilities:

    Collect medical specimens (e.g. urine, blood, saliva) from individuals in a professional and respectful manner

    Ensure specimens are collected and stored according to proper protocols

    Communicate with individuals to provide information and answer questions about the specimen collection process

    Record detailed information about each specimen collected, including donor information and test requirements

    Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of all individuals and their medical information

    Qualifications:

    Phlebotomy Certification and demonstrated skills

    National Phlebotomy Certificate preferred

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds

    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

    Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Must be comfortable with basic medical procedures and handling of medical specimens
