    Trust Administrator for Special Needs Trust

    Schedule: Full time (Monday - Friday)

    Work Location: Secured Alliance Headquarters, Phoenix, Arizona

    Position overview: Secured Alliance is a nonprofit organization committed to providing professional trust administration services benefiting people with special needs, minors, and their families across the nation. We are seeking compassionate professional individual to join our Trust Administration Team in overseeing financial accounts and communicating with trust beneficiaries. Trust information must be communicated accurately and efficiently.
    Our ideal candidate is focused, detail oriented, and courteous. Trust Administrators take incoming calls from trust beneficiaries and their representatives. Trust information must be communicated accurately and efficiently. Patience and empathy are key as trust administrators work with vulnerable populations. We are looking for confident problem solvers and positive team members.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and identify client needs along with providing accurate, complete information.
    • Ability to manage customer concerns, questions, and complaints with utmost professionalism.
    • Keep detailed records of client interactions.
    • Maintain knowledge of client relationships, current fiduciary information, and any other critical information necessary to successfully manage relationships and document regulatory reporting and monitoring
    • Ensure day-to-day fulfillment of client needs to enhance client satisfaction.
    • Follow company procedures and guidelines.

    Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to problem solve.
    • Ability to manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with needs-based government benefits a plus.
    • Experience working with vulnerable populations a plus.
    • Team player, part of team of professionals working together for the benefit of our clientele.

    Required Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree

    Preferred Experience:

    • Knowledge with public benefits (SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, HUD, etc.)
    • Working with vulnerable populations a plus.
    • Trust Administration, fiduciary experience
    • Bilingual (Spanish)

    Compensation & Benefits :

    • $22-$24/hour, depending on experience.
