Non-Profit Pooled Special Needs Trust seeking Representative to process requests for Beneficiaries 

POSITION SUMMARY: As a Fulfillment Representative, your primary role will be to process client requests and  administration duties including online purchasing, check entry, wires, ACHs, OTP payments, outbound phone calls, uploading requests to processing software, and other data entry within different platforms. 

REPORT TO: Your direct report is the Director of Operations. Your position will primarily be based out of The  Alliance offices located at 9633 S. 48th St. Ste. 150 Phoenix, AZ 85282 

WORK HOURS: Regular business hours are approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Because the Alliance serves a national clientele, your specific work schedule will be set by the Director of Administration and may not follow the local office hours. 

COMPENSATION: Pay for this position will start at $15.00/hr based on experience. If hired to The Alliance,  compensation is directly deposited into your personal bank checking or savings account every other Friday.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma

Must work out of Phoenix Office

Trust Administration or Back office support preferred, but willing to train.
