    Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional looking to support a growing financial advisory practice? A Financial Advisor affiliated with Foster Klima is seeking a licensed securities specialist to manage client service and operational tasks for their personal practice, as well as oversee investment operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the advisor in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid schedule. This position requires industry experience, above and beyond customer service, and exceptional organizational skills. Our office is located in Minnetonka. This role offers hybrid work, with 3 day in-office. Responsibilities: • Client correspondence, calendar management, and operational command of the financial planning practice • Account opening and maintenance (Investment accounts, Insurance plans, and Financial Planning agreements) • Preparing documents using financial planning software and other systems • Facilitating investment operations training for new advisors and staff • Handling the escalation of operational issues for advisors/staff and working with appropriate parties to achieve resolution • Managing daily/weekly tasks related to investment operations for the firm • Marketing, various projects, and other tasks as needed • General professionalism, “Above and Beyond” customer service, and strict adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and confidentiality standards are essential components of this role Qualifications: • Previous experience in the financial services industry is required • Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license prior to start date • Investment licensed prior to start date (Series 6, Series 63, Series 7, and/or Series 66) Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000
