REQUIREMENT: Security Analyst – Vulnerability Management, SIEM Monitoring, and Enterprise Application Security Support

Columbia, South Carolina (Remote) Need Overall 5+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects are must. Required Skills:

High School diploma (minimum education requirement)

1+ year experience supporting web applications

1+ year experience supporting databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)

1+ year experience with Nmap tool

1+ year experience with Wireshark

2+ years of experience with vulnerability scanning

Ability to clearly communicate technical and vulnerability information to non-technical personnel

Working knowledge of web applications and enterprise systems

Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL

Strong understanding of networking concepts and tools (Nmap, Wireshark, vulnerability scanning)

Preferred Skills:

Experience performing searching in SIEM

Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls

Experience with NIST 800-53 compliance framework

Security+ Certification

Specific Skills:

Vulnerability Scanning & Remediation

Web Applications Support (1+ year)

Database Security: Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL (1+ year)

Network Security Tools: Nmap, Wireshark (1+ year each)

Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) Deployment/Management

SIEM Monitoring & Alert Creation

Firewall Security (Request Review & Management)

Incident Response & Investigation Support

Knowledge of NIST 800-53 (Preferred)

Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (Preferred)
