Palisade Defense Security is hiring Armed Security Officers to join our professional security team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. You will help protect property, deter criminal activity, and respond promptly to incidents. We are seeking individuals who demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Armed Security Officer (preferred)

Valid state-issued security guard registration (armed)

Strong knowledge of public safety and security procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to operate surveillance and access control systems

High level of integrity and professionalism

Reliable transportation required

Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout shifts

Responsibilities

Patrol assigned premises and maintain a visible security presence

Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized individuals access the facility

Observe and report suspicious activities or safety hazards

Respond quickly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies

Operate and monitor surveillance equipment

Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports

Enforce company rules and regulations in a calm, professional manner

Remove trespassers or de-escalate conflicts when necessary
