We are seeking professional, confident, and hospitality-driven Security Team Members to protect our guests, our team, and our atmosphere.

About The Position

As a Security Team Member at Neon Spur, you are responsible for maintaining a safe, controlled, and welcoming environment while protecting the brand’s energy and reputation.

You are calm under pressure, decisive when necessary, and polished at all times.

You will work closely with management, hosts, and floor leadership to ensure:

Guest safety

Crowd control

ID verification

Conflict prevention

Professional atmosphere

You represent the standard of the room.

Guest & Door Control

Verify identification and enforce age policies

Monitor capacity and assist with controlled entry

Maintain professional and welcoming presence at the door

Communicate wait times clearly and respectfully

Work closely with host team on guest flow

Floor & Crowd Awareness

Monitor guest behavior proactively

De-escalate situations before they become disruptive

Identify signs of over-intoxication

Protect staff from harassment or aggressive behavior

Ensure dance floor and bar areas remain safe

Conflict Resolution

Address issues calmly and professionally

Escort guests out when necessary with minimal disruption

Work alongside management for escalated situations

File incident reports as required

Brand Protection

Enforce dress code and entry policies

Maintain professional appearance at all times

Represent Neon Spur’s upscale Western nightlife vibe

Protect the energy of the room without being confrontational

Who You Are

Confident but not aggressive

Observant and detail-oriented

Calm in high-pressure environments

Experienced in nightlife, hospitality, or event security

Physically capable of standing for extended periods

Comfortable working late nights and weekends

Preferred:

Previous nightclub, bar, or high-volume restaurant security experience

De-escalation training

Valid Arizona security credentials (if applicable)
