We are currently seeking a reliable, professional Flex Security Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are available evenings Thursday through Sunday, with flexibility to cover a range of shifts at various sites — primarily in Everett & Seattle. Responsibilities: • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises. • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance and support as needed. • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify and address potential security risks. • Collaborate with team members and local authorities to manage emergencies effectively. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. • Provide a visible and approachable presence to deter unauthorized activities and reassure the public. • Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures to enhance site safety measures. Qualifications: • Experience in security or a related field, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet our dynamic scheduling needs. • Proven track record of maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations. • Strong observational skills to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and local authorities. • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures, enhancing site safety measures. • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and incidents, ensuring transparency and accountability. Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
