The Delta Hotel Detroit Romulus Airport is currently hiring a Security Guard. This is a night shift position only. Need to have a VERY flexible availability. Weekdays and Weekends. Hourly Wage $16 Hours: 10 pm - 6 am. Responsibilities: • Report to the Manager on Duty and will respond and handle guest and security issues • Manage situations according to hotel policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the security of the hotel assets, guests, and team members • Patrol the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure • Answer in-house calls • Assist team members and guests as needed • Initiate investigations, write up incident reports, monitor investigations, and ensure property follow-up and communication • Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty • This list is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities or duties Qualifications: • Diploma or GED, 21 years or older • Prior security experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industry • CPR training or certification • Professional communication skills • This is a mobile position. You will be walking and standing for most of your shift Compensation: $16
