About the Role: Security Prime Consultants, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. This position requires a flexible individual who can work independently while maintaining professionalism and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a school environment, working well with others and demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure premises, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively with school staff and other team members.
• Use company software via an Android or iPhone smartphone to perform security checks and updates.
• Write clear, detailed incident reports when necessary.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Must be flexible to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Proven ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and reliability.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running company software.
• Ability to write proper incident reports.
• Previous security or related experience is a plus but not required.
