Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Alarm Installation / Service Technician to join our team! As the Lead Alarm Installation/Service Technician, you will travel to various locations and job sites and accurately install or repair security systems based on customer specifications and location restrictions. This can include safes, locks of all types, access control, CCTV, remotes, and more. The ideal candidate has experience with security installation or similar electronic products, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and an analytical way of thinking.
Responsibilities
Travel to various locations and ascertain their specific needs
Troubleshoot problems in security systems, and make repairs or replacements
Install new security systems, including electronic locks, alarms, CCTVs, and more
Maintain appropriate equipment, and restock vehicles and supplies as needed
Maintain excellent, accurate logs of work completed at all time
Qualifications
Must have 3+ Years working in the Alarm Industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and listening skills
