    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Security Manager to oversee security operations across Kissimmee and all Central Florida. This role is responsible for supervising officers, ensuring shift coverage, assisting with hiring, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in security leadership, field supervision, and crisis management and operates with a high degree of professionalism and integrity at all times.

    Responsibilities

    Supervise and manage security officers across multiple client locations.

    Ensure all officers are equipped, uniformed, and prepared for duty.

    Cover shifts when necessary to maintain full operational coverage.

    Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new security officers.

    Conduct site visits to assess security performance and ensure compliance.

    Sometimes act as a point of contact for clients, handling concerns and service adjustments.

    Monitor surveillance systems and security reports to address issues proactively.

    Implement security policies, procedures, and training programs for officers.

    Prepare and submit reports on daily activities, incidents, and staffing needs.

    Be available 24/7 for calls, emergencies, officer absences, and client requests.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in security supervision or management required.

    Valid security officer registration in Florida.

    Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate staffing and handle client concerns.

    Ability to operate surveillance equipment and security monitoring systems.

    Strong knowledge of public safety, security procedures, and emergency response protocols.

    High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.

    Reliable transportation to travel between client sites across Central Florida.

    Being bilingual is a must
