About the Role: Security Prime Consultants, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual for a unique security position at a shopping plaza. The primary responsibility is to monitor parking areas, ensuring safety and compliance with property rules. You will be tasked with observing parking lot activity, managing loitering and socializing, and enforcing parking regulations through hourly patrols.

Shift Hours:

• 5 days a week, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Flexibility to work on different days of the week as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular hourly patrols of the shopping plaza parking lot.
• Monitor vehicles for excessive parking or loitering.
• Use chalk on tires to track parking duration and identify vehicles that have been parked too long.
• Enforce parking regulations, including towing vehicles that violate policies.
• Ensure visitors adhere to property rules and maintain a safe environment.
• Use Android or iPhone apps to perform basic security and monitoring functions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate smartphone apps (Android or iPhone).
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, professional, and able to handle security duties effectively.
• Prior security experience is a plus but not required.
