Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Security Officer. The main focus will be ensuring a safe and secure environment. You’ll will protect and prevent our premises, assets, and staff while from any unlawful or improper activities. The perfect candidate has a background in public safety and security and consistently demonstrates a strong sense of integrity.

Responsibilities

Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the location

Remove trespassers when necessary

Monitor surveillance cameras

Respond to reports of suspicious activity

Report on daily activities and any security incidents via Security phone

Remove Homeless loitering store front

control and enforce store front parking spaces

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Security Officer in the Cannabis Sector

Valid registration as a security officer

Must have 5 years' experience

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures

Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

Ability to operate surveillance equipment

High level of integrity and professionalism

Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Overnight Watch experience in the cannabis sector
