Position Summary: Tact Tech Security Solutions is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our Event Staffing Team. As part of our event security personnel, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at a variety of public and private events, including concerts, festivals, corporate gatherings, sporting events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and screen guests upon entry, ensuring compliance with event and security protocols.

Monitor crowd activity to identify and respond to potential security concerns or disturbances.

Assist in directing foot traffic, managing lines, and enforcing access control at designated entry and exit points.

Conduct bag checks, metal detection screening, and other security measures as required.

Respond to incidents, emergencies, or medical situations in accordance with Tact Tech protocols.

Provide information and customer service to attendees while maintaining a visible and professional security presence.

Complete incident reports and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and law enforcement, if needed.

Ensure all event areas remain secure and hazard-free throughout the event duration.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Prior experience in event staffing, crowd control, or security preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, including walking and directing crowds.

Preferred Skills:

CPR/First Aid Certification (a plus).

Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) is a plus.

Familiarity with two-way radios and incident documentation.

Possession of a valid Florida Class “D” Security License (or ability to obtain prior to employment) is highly recommended but not required.
