    Responsibilities:

    CCTV and Alarm System Management: Direct the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and alarm systems, ensuring comprehensive surveillance and security throughout our facilities. This role may require hands-on work to repair and maintain security systems.

    Security Training: Develop and deliver security training programs for bank staff, highlighting physical security awareness and emergency procedures.

    Physical Security Assessments: Perform regular security assessments of bank facilities to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements.

    Information Security Program Support: Assist with managing the security aspects of the bank's information security program, working closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure a cohesive security posture.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field, OR 4 years of equivalent experience in physical security or a related discipline.

    Demonstrable expertise in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and alarm systems.

    Experience in conducting physical security assessments and implementing security improvements.

    Ability to develop and facilitate security training sessions.

    Knowledge of information security principles is a plus.

    Willingness to travel up to 15%.
