📣 We’re Hiring: Operations Manager Redcon Security is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, support our site supervisors, and uphold the service standards our clients expect. 📍 Work Environment

This is a primarily on-site position that requires regular site visits, client meetings, and field supervision. Some administrative duties — such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting — may be completed remotely. We value flexibility and trust our leaders to manage their schedules effectively while maintaining a strong field presence.

💼 Compensation & Growth

Base Salary: $60,000 per year

Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000

Profit Sharing: Additional earnings for each new client contract secured

Equipment Provided: Company-issued work phone and laptop

Vehicle Benefit: Company work vehicle provided after 6 months of successful employment
