Job Description
The Security Services Engineer will own, manage, and support customers in deploying CyberArk Privilege Access Management solutions. In this role, the Security Services Engineer will collaborate with customers to kick off their transition project, provide support in planning, manage technical activities, oversee the transition, and handle post-transition discussions and activities. The goal is to ensure a seamless deployment, foster a positive customer experience and outcome, and enable customers to continue and grow with CyberArk solutions.
The Security Services Engineer will be responsible for customers' delivery and ongoing success and will accompany them throughout all stages of the deployment life cycle. This includes planning, deploying, integrating, providing technical assistance, expanding and securing the customer's environment using the solution, and setting the customer up for success with CyberArk's Privilege Access Management solutions (Self-Hosted and/or SaaS).

The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $110,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
