Job Description

• Plan, schedule, organize, and direct application engineering, field installation, and start-up of assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered effectively within budget and time schedules, while maintaining positive cash flow.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, maximizing satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance.
• Depending on level, oversee direct reports and manage high-volume or critical accounts.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant engineering, field service, or project management experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong background in electronic security systems or related technical environments.
• Advanced leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of IT networking principles.
• Advanced financial analytical skills, including cost control.
