    JOB SUMMARY: The IT BUSINESS PROCESS LEAD - SUPPLY CHAIN acts as liaison between business owners and Corporate IT in providing leadership and supporting the business units from a technology perspective.  The ideal candidate has knowledge of ERP system configuration settings, purchasing, receiving, shipping, inventory management, cycle count scenarios, transportation, warehouse management, and purchase agreements.  The BPL also provides support to Corporate IT Developers/Technical team and end users, while providing leadership to integration efforts surrounding acquisitions and new technologies to further optimize and bring additional efficiencies to the business.  This role also assists with system upgrades, where applicable.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Lead solution design, implementation and overall review - 30%
    • Drive technology process improvements to provide optimization - 15%
    • Collaboration with development/technical teams and business teams - 25%
    • Support to field operations - 25%
    • Performs other duties as assigned - 5%

     

    SCOPE DATA/WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Works with ASC business units.
    • Ability to travel for design, implementations and business process reviews.
    • Ability to review broader technology solutions for process and/or efficiency improvements.
    • Ability to work weekends, as required.
    • Will be required to work with the user community, develop specs and progress through the software development life cycle, where applicable.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

     

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND TRAITS:

    • Considerable knowledge of Supply Chain principles, with strong collaborative skills in a team setting.
    • 3 to 5 years of ERP experience, preferably with Infor M3 Supply Chain related experience.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products.
    • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.

    CRM ADMINISTRATOR & CUSTOMER MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT

    • CRM administration
    • Own customer master universe and quarterly update process.  
    • Manage enhancements and collaborate with managed IT services to test, move to production, and communicate various reports and analytics to the field
    • Training responsibilities on CRM, Sales Reporting platform & other technology related platforms for field based new hires and current sales representatives
    • Manage updates to training materials based on new CRM vendor enhancements
    • Work with external data warehouse vendor and optimize internal capabilities to maintain and streamline process around customer master file administration
    • Document current processes and identify areas of improvement, implement enhancements and become more efficient
    • Collaborate with all functional partners to make changes in CRM environment.
    • Main contact for CRM questions and incidents.

     

    APPLICATION MANAGEMENT AND FIELD SUPPORT

    • Administer vehicle reimbursement program and quarterly tax withholding process.
    • Administer sample program
    • Work with internal and external IT Business Partners to oversee administration and enhancements to field facing Sales Portal
    • Incentive compensation administration
    • Manage how data from the warehouse is aggregated and how it relates to the field facing Sales Portal reporting platform and incentive compensation.
    • Manage new enhancements, testing, training, integrations, process documentation, continuous process improvement and integrations between reporting systems
    • Act as the ambassador for Commercial Ops to all field sales, triage questions and incidents from internal stakeholders and field personnel

     

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with Analytics, conduct as-needed analysis to support field reporting
    • Collaborate with IT business partners to gather and define business requirements for applications and integrations
    • Triage application incidents with IT Business Partners, managed services, and IT helpdesk
