CLAIMS PAYABLE REPRESENTATIVE

Full Time – Potential Temp to Hire 

Location: Central San Diego

Order #:  200085

Pay Rate:  $15/Hr.

Position initially will be working from home and then move back into working from the Central San Diego Office. 

This position will entail working for an Insurance Company settling and managing Insurance claims.  

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manage phone calls and correspondence via  e-mail, fax, or mail.
• Match invoices to repairs authorized by the claims department and ensuring all items are saved and documented properly.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Have prior experience working and managing claims. 1+ Yr experience required.
• Must have the knowledge to be able to manage and process claims up to the authorized claim amount. 
• Good Customer Service abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
