 CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL CENTER POSITION

THIS WILL INITIALLY BE A WORK FROM HOME POSITION BUT MAY BE REQUIRED TO RETURN TO THE OFFICE 

You will need to be flexible to also work in the office if required.

Pay  $20.00/Hr.

1st Shift -Actual working Hours -6a-3p with a 1 Hr Lunch- But could vary TBD

Position will include the following:

• Handling and managing Insurance claims 
• Customer Service over the phone and email
• Issues follow up letters requesting additional information
• Must be extremely computer literate.  Word and Excel
• Must have high attention to detail
• Strong Administrative experience

PRIOR INSURANCE PROCESSING EXPERIENCE - A PLUS AND HIGHLY PREFERRED.
