These positions will require talking with potential clients via phone - developing & establishing strong relationships. The agents will support both incoming inquiries pertaining to the services, as well as set appointments to handle support. The Support Agents must have a Marketing - SEO - Social media/CRM background because the Support Agents will need to become comfortable in discussing the effectiveness of their marketing efforts, their internet presence, and be able to demonstrate the ROI in using Client services.
