Call Center Representatives - Starting as soon as 11/30/2020

Location: San Diego, CA

Employment Type: Temporary with the possibility of longer term or Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $14.00

Responsibilities Include:

• Interact with Clients/Callers via incoming calls, outbound calls and email
• Interact with vendor regarding status of donations
• Create and update donation records in the database
• Research available resources and inform donors of local regulations
• Schedule appointments as appropriate
• Monitor and manage any database records that require follow-up
• Create day end reports
• Print and mail receipts or other correspondence

Agents must be able to work one of the following shifts as noted below:

• Sun-Mon-Tue-Wed-Thurs 12:30p-9p
