CALL CENTER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - POTENTIAL TEMP TO HIRE - MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

Location: Near Rancho Bernardo - Off of Hwy 15

Hours: Monday - Friday 1st Shift

Duration: Long Term

Hourly Rate: $18.00 /Hr

This position will be supporting the operations of various programs providing patient assistance for a Pharmaceutical related Company.

This position will respond to various requests from customers and vendors, regarding prescription medications.

Requirements Include:

• Strong customer service skills and communication skills
• MUST HAVE 2 YEARS RECENT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE to be considered for this position
• Ability to listen and solve problems
• Be pro-active and use good judgement.
• Have excellent computer skills and knowledge with the ability to toggle between various programs.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are imperative.
• Bachelors degree a plus.
• Hours of operation 6am - 7pm, Full time 8 hours a day. Positions can start as early as 6a or possibly as late as 9a.

This position will initially start as a work from home remote role, but could transition back to working in the office. Must be flexible for either work scenario.
