Human Resources Representative

Location:  Mid San Diego

Hourly Rate:  $25-$30/Hr. DOE

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with HR management supporting the daily operations of the team
• Provides project and analytical support 
• Recruiting
• Generalist responsibilities
• Working with benefits and disability management
• Employee management and retention

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's Degree+
• Healthcare Knowledge and Experience
• 3+ Years of On-The-Job Experience
• Knowledge of HR practices
• Experience in project management
• Good strategic and critical thinking abilities 
• Proficient with PC office products
• Experience with HRIS Systems
