    Key Responsibilities

    • Build deep relationships with customers and become a trusted partner in helping grow their business.
    • Deliver exceptional, value-added service that positions us as the customer’s go-to supplier.
    • Develop creative, customer-focused solutions that drive sales and improve our offerings.
    • Execute company sales strategies and meet or exceed established targets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
    • Proactively identify key decision-makers and influencers within accounts and strengthen those relationships.
    • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance, forecast metrics, and achieve growth goals.
    • Collaborate with marketing to execute effective campaigns and drive engagement.
    • Resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally.
    • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Qualifications

    • B.S. in Agriculture, Ag Business, or related field
    • 3–5 years of proven sales experience
