About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Sales Associate to drive revenue for one of our key new Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) products - the Impact Screening Experience. Impact Screening Experiences are customizable, interactive impact screenings leveraging one feature film at a time to encourage civic engagement. Your role is to develop and expand our portfolio of corporate clients and partners for this mission-driven product. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. This role can grow with you, as we expand this program nationally and globally.
About YOU
You may be new to sales but you have exposure to impact film distribution outreach. You have worked in an impact production or distribution role or mission-driven role before and this is a great opportunity to leverage and expand your expertise. Did we mention these are film-based educational tools? A love for all things storytelling definity helps in this job. You are passionate and knowledgeable about impact distribution and know how to articulate value related to this space.

Here’s what you’ll do in your role:
Manage the sales cycle for Seed&Spark’s Impact Screening Experience product line - this includes sourcing, nurturing and closing deals
Discover, nurture and qualify new business opportunities, maintaining a consistent and robust sales funnel
Negotiate contracts, leveraging support from the Director of Sales as needed
Regularly report on the sales pipeline and closed deals
Share customer learnings with the Director of Sales and Head of Programming
Work closely with the team to identify lead generation opportunities
Control expenses associated with closing new business
Attend meetings with our external DEI advisory board and gain exposure to inspiring leaders in the DEI field.

Qualifications
Preferred skills and experience:
Strong desire to produce socially conscious work
Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated track record of working independently
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Team player attitude, willing to help when and where needed
Reliable, accountable and open to feedback
Sales experience or previous experience with impact film distribution and outreach preferred
