    SUMMARY

    Assists the Office Manager in completing a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties assigned.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate official in a courteous and efficient manner.

    Assists Office Manager by making calls to clients for appointment reminders for MHR and ACT doctor days

    Assists Office Manager with organizing office operations and procedures such as preparation of MHR/ACT client charts

    Assist Office Manager with filing records and client binders

    Assists Office Manager with review of clerical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness

    Greets and direct visitors to the appropriate location

    Taking client vitals and recording accurately on MHR and ACT doctor days

    Assists Office Manager with making copies of correspondence and other applicable printed materials

    Orders needed supplies and maintain office equipment

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    High school diploma or equivalent GED or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read, write, and speak English well and clearly.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to apply reason and understanding to carry out written, verbal, or graphical instructions.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    CPR and First Aid certification
