Non-Profit organization, Lydia’s House of Hope, is looking for a FEMALE Weekend Day and Overnight Support Staff member for our residential transitional home serving homeless women and children.
General responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating house activities, providing care and crisis management, maintaining a clean environment, and offering acceptance and hope.
Duties include but not limited to:
Oversee and interact with residents and their children
Maintaining residents pre-set schedules and ensuring assigned chores are completed in a timely manner
Monitoring residents internal class participation
Enlisting proper safety and security measures as instructed
Maintain log of daily events/occurrences/concerns
Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma required, secondary education and/or adult learning a plus Must have valid Driver's License and a good driving record Previous experience working at a residency program a plus but not required Preferably a non-smoker Must have 2 working references
