As a key member of our Back-of-House team, you will:
Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A's quality products with accuracy and speed.
Adhere strictly to all Chick-fil-A and local food safety and sanitation standards.
Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Maintain a clean and organized work area (dishwashing, general cleaning, etc.).
Manage ingredient inventory and stock control.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members and various positions.
** Requirement: Black, non-slip restaurant shoes are required.**

A Positive Attitude and strong work ethic is a must.

Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment for several hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (boxes of food/ingredients).
1 year of professional kitchen/cooking experience (preferred).
Prior fast food experience (preferred).
