About the Role:

FirstLight Home Care of Guilford and Jacksonville, NC is seeking a compassionate male caregiver to join our dedicated team in Jacksonville, NC. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities.

Support clients with mobility and physical exercises.

Assist with meal preparation and nutrition management.

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.

Document and report changes in client conditions to the care team.

Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health metrics.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Willingness to undergo background checks and training.

Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
